Webinar: Four ways to fall back in love with your career!

If you’re feeling stuck in your career, you’re not alone! According to Merck Animal Health’s 2022 Veterinarian Wellbeing Study, approximately one-third of veterinarians reported high levels of burnout. While the Veterinary industry may be more prone to burnout, there are ways you can overcome this and find happiness in your career.

Hear three CareVet Veterinarians discuss how they overcame burnout and reignited their love of practicing medicine. They’ll explore how several small personal and professional changes led them to rediscover why they went into Veterinary medicine in the first place. Be prepared to feel the way you did during your first year out of school after this webinar!

During this webinar, we’ll also discuss:

  • The role ongoing development and growth play in job satisfaction
  • Setting boundaries and attaining work/life balance
  • The importance of clinical autonomy and strong teams
  • Unconventional avenues that may lead to career happiness
